About Life Coaching and . . . What can I expect?
Life Coaching is a proactive process that helps people to improve their lives in the areas of their relationship with God, career changes, family and social relationships, marriage, exercise, and a deepening of their awareness and appreciation for who they are in Christ. Clients are encouraged to set goals and live more balanced lives. Life Coaching differs from counseling and traditional therapy in that it focuses more on the present and the future and less on the unchangeable past (although, some Life Coaching modalities do include addressing issues of the past). Ultimately, Life Coaching is about empowering clients to live out their lives to the full and to appropriate tools to properly deal with stress and emotional setbacks.

Clients of Life C.B.E. can expect a dedication of professionalism and confidentiality whether sessions are done in person or over the phone. Often, homework assignments will be given which may include writing or the reading of relevant materials to equip clients to go to the next level. It is the goal of Life C.B.E. to help clients establish new normals in healthy behavior, and as Joyce Meyer would say – Enjoying Everyday Life
